Managed storage
We offer safe, secure and fully administered storage facilities, as well as mini factories, which are regularly serviced by a pest control company. All goods received into our storage facility are marked, protectively covered (where necessary) and packed into sealed furniture pallets.
We also have storage facilities for pot plants and motor vehicles. We do not store fire arms, flammable items or perishable foods and items such as petrol. Lawnmowers are to have the petrol removed before storage.
The 8000 m2 premises are fully alarmed, with a link to an armed response company. We have a 24 hour, 7 days a week security guard to protect the premises, and continuous recordable closed circuit television cameras.
Factory and Office Space
We recently built four new factory units in a secure complex. Please contact us for enquiries and availability dates.
Unit sizes: 580 sqm, 290 sqm, 310 sqm @ R38 per sqm, negotiable dependent on lease period.
Each unit features a reception area, front door and roller door entrances, and two toilets, one catering for the disabled (per International standards). Units are also equipped with metered electricity supply and 3 phase electricity. All units have 2 allocated undercover parking bays as well as parking in the front of the main building. Additional parking available for selected units.
The complex is protected by 24 hour security, with cctv coverage. A further unit within Mario’s Movers existing premises comprises ample office space, it’s own yard and a separate entrance. Situated within easy access of both the N1 and N2 as well as the airport, and surrounded by blue chip tenants such as Coca Cola, Parmalat, BMD knitting mills and Orbit coach works.
