We’ve Been Moving For Over 37 Years
Mario’s Movers was formed 37 years ago, by Mario Henry, who traded at the time as Mario’s Micro Movers, it later became Mario’s Movers. In the beginning, Mario operated with only a “bakkie”, moving anything for an income, but gradually gravitated towards furniture removal.

Office Relocation
We are there to assist with the planning and placement of your goods in your new premises, as well as liaising with all other contractors involved. We also provide inter building moves within your existing premises. We provide a service for the moving of computer equipment and the like.
Specialist Transportation
Upright, grand and baby grand pianos, antiques and fine arts. We specialize in moving upright and grand / baby grand pianos and have for a number of years moved these items for many of Cape Town’s leading educational institutions and organisations, well known piano restorers and tuners, as well as an international antique auctioneer.
Packing Service
We provide packing services for local, long distance or overseas shipping, as well as the crating of goods and we draw upon our many year’s experience in the transport and packing of antique furniture and fine arts for this purpose. We have packed and moved goods for many local antique houses, as well as museums and the SA Gallery. We can also supply you with the full array of packing materials as listed below, which can either be collected at our premises or delivered to you, at a nominal fee.
