What about insurance?

Mario’s Movers does not offer insurance as we are not an accredited financial institution. Most customers switch their cover from their home to our facility.

We have 24hr CCTV , armed response and a 24hr security guard . Our premises are serviced regularly by a pest control company. Goods are stored in sealed furniture pallets . The insurance company is welcome to inspect our premises by appointment only .

What about redelivery of my goods ?

We will provide a quotation based on the access and distance from our store .

Can I access my goods at any time ?

Unfortunately, our facility is not self-storage , we administer it so you would need to provide us with notice of collection of an item or items which will attract a handling fee dependant upon the amount of time it will take to access your goods . We would need at least 1 weeks notice of accessing your goods .

What about packing of crockery cutlery etc or wrapping of furniture?

We can provide these services and will quote you first
